In the Bueno Nacho scene after Evil Eye for the Bad Guy, as Drakken is going through his devices to fix the tear, his scar is on the wrong side for a few frames.
The 'Person in the Red Shirt never makes it back from a mission' is a reocouring gag in old sci-fi movies/shows such as Star Trek where they introduce a new person in a red shirt, who gets killed in the first mission he/she goes on.
'Evil eye for the bad guy' is a reference to several shows, including 'While you were out' and 'What not to wear' on The Learning Channel
The Corpulons are a reference to the Cylons from Battlestar Galactica
